Hello. I am a Junior Girl Scout in the United States of America. My GS troop is working on our Bronz Award and as part of that we are to find out about what other girl scouts or girlguides do in other countries...so I picked Africa because my aunt and uncle are living there right now. Does anyone have any games, songs, crafts, activities or recipes from Africa that your girl scoutguide troops in Africa use?

Rebecca Oletey 17 March 2008 - 2.38PM (GMT)

Happy Happy Thinking Day to all great young women of Africa. On behalf of the youth of Ghana Girl Guides; let's protect our water bodies, beaches, streams, rivers and all that gives us life and will preserve us for the future. Africa needs us, the world needs us, we say life is 10% what we make it and 90% how we take it. Appreciation is a perfect gift for any occasion and we say THANK YOU WAGGGS for this great opportunity. HAPPY THINKING DAY

Hi. For Thinking Day I'm doing Nigeria! And I was wondering what is your favoirte activity to do in Girl Scouts?

Rebecca M. Oletey 3 January 2008 - 3.34PM (GMT)

it just fews weeks away for guides to celebrate Thinking Day ,and theme is,
'Water' to me is the absolute choice since my rural guides use dug well water for all their needs. we will have time to learn more on how to make it clean before using it . The idea is just good. Bravo Leaders. Ghana
