You can become a Friend of WAGGGS Africa by donating to the Africa Region. Your support will:
- Enable girls and young women to become competent and confident leaders
- Provide opportunities for young women to attend essential life skills training.
- Give young women the opportunity to attend international UN events.
- Develop the fullest potential of young women throughout the Africa Region.
- Assist countries that are working towards membership of WAGGGS.
How will you benefit?
You will be an essential partner in the world’s largest international organization for girls and young women. You will be invited to Africa Regional Conferences and your name will appear on promotional literature. You will be invited to attend a special event to receive your membership certificate from the Chairman of the Africa Region. There are three levels of Individual Membership: Associations will be given 25% of what will be raised.
To date we have received £3242.

Friends of Africa Region is a great idea. Count me in - a check will follow. The many African Guides with whom I have worked have impressed me with their real concern for others and willingness to work hard to improve their communities. Any help we can offer will be multiplied manyfold.
